Having travelled around the block many times as consultants, we have learned many lessons along the way.

A key lesson has been that in order to protect the interests of both ourselves and our clients, and to reduce the potential for disputes due to misunderstandings or unrealistic expectations of services to be provided or to be received, a well documented and duly signed agreement, is an absolute necessity for our consulting firm.

Our Contract of Service was actually prepared to provide our clients with all of the surety and protection that they need in order to be comfortable in engaging us to provide our services to improve their businesses. It also provides our clients with a very clear picture of what our consulting firm will do for them, and outlines all of the financial details in a very clear manner.
