Rhodan Management Consultants Pty Ltd was established in January 1994 and our consulting firm has operated on a continuous basis since its incorporation. We are proud to be a foundation member of the SME Association of Australia.

We operate to provide business and consulting services including; strategic planning, reviewing existing goals and objectives,  identifying areas with business improvement potential, and implementing business strategies, to SME business owners in Melbourne (Australia) who wish to;

• increase their own understanding and skill levels in respect to business management and business administration,

• develop a clear roadmap for future business growth,

• become more competent and confident in facing the challenges of business improvement and reducing the impact of business growth and business change upon their personal lives,

• increase the value of their business and enhance its future saleability, and

• operate profitably whilst working towards the ultimate goal of long term business prosperity.

To ensure that a fully professional business relationship, and a clear mutual understanding of the legal nature of that relationship is firmly established from the outset, all the services available from our consulting firm are provided under formal Consulting Services Agreements.
