Our Business Owner Transformation Coaching consists of 4 x 2 Hour One-on-One Confidential Sessions delivered by our consulting firm to you at your business premises.

This coaching can be delivered as a stand alone service for those not participating in our SME Business Transformation Program.

This coaching is specifically designed to assist a Business Owner to become better prepared to handle the management of the future business growth in their business.

This coaching is also tailored specifically to the business owner, but as a general guide it includes;

• Business Owner Self Discovery Questionnaire

• Identification of the Personal Strengths of the Business Owner,

• Determining the Relevance of the Identified Strengths to the Role of a Business Owner,

• Establishing the Roles the Business Owner should Perform in Future for the Greatest Good of the Business,

• Identifying Areas for Focussed Change in the Behaviours and Skill Deployment of the Business Owner,

• Developing a Plan for the Transformation Required,

• Building an Accountability Platform, and

• Establishing a Mechanism to Review Progress towards achieving the Required Transformation.
